Sunset Shack has everything you need for a calming and memorable OBX vacation. The great room features plenty of comfortable seating to savor some sports or movies on the TV, a cozy kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals during your stay, and with dining space for 10, there will be room for everybody to dine together. Everyone will want to end the day on the cavernous deck to capture those memorable sunsets over the sound or just relaxing in the hot tub. Each bedroom provides comfortable linens so everybody can rest up for the next day's adventures.

Beach Access: Just a fast drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto W Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the best vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends).
