Back at the home, Leeward Shores 11 exudes southern appeal with classic shakes painted in a coastal blue hue and a welcoming front porch. The traditional character continues inside with shiplap ceilings and oak wood floor throughout the common areas. Come home from the beach and relax in the bright and airy great room with sound vistas and ample natural light. The chef in your group will savor the gourmet kitchen that features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A generously sized peninsula with bar seating overlooks the main living area for amazing flow and sight lines. The primary bedroom is also located on the top level and includes a roomy ensuite bath with dual vanities, extravagant soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The mid-level consists of four more bedrooms for family and friends, two pairs that each share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Downstairs, you'll find a den with seating and TV that can serve as an additional living space, along with a foosball table for indoor entertainment. Two levels of east-facing decks provide golf course vistas along with plenty of room for outdoor living.
