Unwind in the hot tub while the kids play in the pool, or catch some rays poolside when you've had enough of the surf. Speaking of sun and surf, the beach access is just across the cul-de-sac! The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space and it is well supplied! All decks are new composite decking for smooth barefoot calming. Great ocean vistas lure you to the rooftop deck where spectacular ocean vistas await you!

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

  • Summer months are high season in Nags Head. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • In the Nags Head area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance.   • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
