A prime location, close to neighboring OBX towns and numerous main attractions. The short 8-min. walk to the beach will have your toes in the sand in no time. And the community pool, located right on the sound, offers gorgeous water vistas and is the ideal spot for the whole family to relax. Or appreciate complimentary access to the family friendly YMCA waterpark - enormous pool, gradual entry, and waterslide! Access the calming hot tub onsite year-round.

The lower level has been maximized for flow and comfort with recent 2025 enhancements! A cavernous fourth bedroom is tucked away towards back of home and includes an en-suite bathroom, queen bed, Roku TV and huge nook area ideal for a modest family. The freshly refreshed rec room features a pool table, kitchenette, and a second living area, ensuring hours of entertainment for all ages.

The upstairs area has a bright, open layout, with a completely-equipped kitchen and dining space that flows into a welcoming living room—ideal for family meals and game nights. Three roomy bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a king bed for a restful nighttime’s sleep. The second bedroom has a bespoke-constructed twin-over-queen bunk bed and includes a Roku TV and walk-in closet. The third bedroom is sizable, with a king bed, desk, and Roku TV, offering a comfortable space for parents or older kids.

The home is equipped with modern technologies including a keyless entry, digital thermostats, Roku TVs throughout, and high speed internet to keep everybody connected.

Save room on hauling additional infant equipment! At the home you will find high chair, pack n' play, sound machine, kid books, toys, and infant gate.

The closet under the stairs homes all the beach equipment you could need - cart, chairs, umbrellas, etc. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the rec room area.

Appreciate the outdoors on the wraparound deck, where you can sip your favorite drink and chat with adored ones. Steps lead up to the top deck perched atop the home with expansive vistas of the neighborhood.

After a fun-filled day, take advantage of the private outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. The partly covered patio is ideal for family meals and casual hangouts, with a picnic table, chairs, and a grille for outdoor dining.
