The top level has vaulted ceilings throughout and 2 top level en suites, providing optimum privacy. Each of the 8 bedrooms is beautifully decorated in an upscale, cottage-style decor and each has its own private bathroom and TV. After a long day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing dip in the private pool or hot tub. The theater room features streaming services such as Netflix for all to enjoy, while the recreation room boasts a pool table, a Foosball table, arcade games, and a TV. A Lot of Sol features environmentally responsible amenities including energy-efficient lighting. Wireless Internet access is also available to keep you connected to home or the office. This beach house is beautiful, both inside and out, and the extra amenities will provide a luxurious and relaxing backdrop for your perfect Outer Banks beach vacation. A Lot of Sol is conveniently located on the beach road at milepost 18.25, just a short walk to the Outer Banks Pier and the popular Fish Heads Bar and Grill, as well as only 2 miles from Outlets Nags Head and a large number of popular restaurants. In addition to the private pool, there is a community pool, as well as a community tennis court.*Fireplace is not available for guest use. Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals.The private pool is open from the 2nd week of May to the 2nd week of October.In 2024, the community pool was open from May 11th to September 18th.
