There is also a additional room w/ a Queen day bed and two King suites with charming vistas that lead to a sun deck.

The Space:
Discover the epitome of luxury at our semi oceanfront home. The home is impressive from the moment you step inside, with the ground level boasting covered parking and an exterior lounge area with a wet bar, refrigerator, and TV. Unwind in the hot tub or appreciate movie nights in the comfortable theater room with a huge TV and foosball table. Step outside to the enormous fenced in back yard area, with a private swimming pool and lounge furnishings.

On the mid-level, find five bedrooms, including private kings suites, TVs, and full baths. A roomy rec room with a pool table and sitting area opens to covered porches overlooking the pool patio. East-facing porches and a laundry area complete this level.

The top level exudes elegance with an broad living area featuring an electric fireplace, a well-outfitted kitchen, and a dining area for ten. Two private suites with kings, TVs, and full baths provide a opulent getaway. Appreciate pretty sunset vistas across the the Roanoke Sound on the wrap-around sun deck. This floor also includes a additional bedroom with a Queen day bed and a half bath.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
