Oceans 22 welcomes you with a coastal traditional flair, impressive spaces for cooking, calming, and playing, your own private pool, hot tub, and expansive ocean vistas. The top level offers expansive ocean vistas inside and out, whether you are cooking, eating, or appreciating the ocean breeze on the deck! This kitchen is made for huge families and outfitted with double ovens, double dishwashers, and 2 sinks! The giant bar has space for everybody to get involved in preparing meals plus a granite countertop table to give you additional workspace. Several gathering areas include the great room, loft, den, media room, rec room, and outdoor living galore!

You will be spending most of your evenings by the pool enjoying the cabana bar area and the grilling station complete with cabinets and a sink! Get ready for outdoor dining! The kiddie pool is a great way to play with the little ones. Lots of deck space around the private pool makes room for everybody. Inside the media room, rec room with pool table, and optional gathering spaces helps you to spread out while staying together.

Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Family Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery costs may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025, and May 22, 2026 and September 4, 2026.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • To find the best value, change your vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Nags Head area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars ruin your family vacation.
  • At departure, take a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
