Close to historic lighthouses, world-class deep-sea fishing, water sports, outlet shopping, and eateries. Just a short drive to the Lost Colony Outdoor Drama and Historic Roanoke Island complete with the North Carolina Aquarium. Bicycle paths from the property all through the area. Appreciate this vacation property at a reasonable price and be close to everything, but in the heart of the beauty on the Outer Banks can offer!

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

When to visit Nags Head & When to reserve a Nags Head rental home:

  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Nags Head vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
