For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The fully outfitted kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals right at home. The dining area comfortably accommodates 10 guests and includes a high chair for your convenience. Additional seating is available with 6 counter seats. From the top-level deck, you can savor handsome vistas of the ocean and sound. The sunroom provides another cozy space to relax and relax, equipped with a intelligent TV. There is also a convenient half bathroom and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Moving to the second level, you'll find four elegantly appointed bedrooms. Queen bedroom #1 and Queen bedroom #2 both offer ensuite bathrooms and shared deck access, accepting you to enjoy the fresh coastal air and striking vistas. High speed Wifi is an luxury that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
Interaction with Guests:
