This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located just one block from the ocean with impressive vistas! Koala Pointe offers in-home recreation, including a foosball table, mounted ring toss game, basketball hoop, and plenty of space to appreciate the company of your appreciated ones.
The property has everything you need for a fun day at the beach. The sizable driveway has plenty of space to park or shoot hoops. Load up the beach cart with toys and chairs for your daily adventures.
After a long day at the beach, let the kids rinse off in the outdoor shower, while you grille up fresh seafood in the covered picnic area. Appreciate your evening cookout with the gas grille, island ring toss game, picnic table, hammock, and light-up surfboard tiki bar.
The main level is ideal for quality time with your appreciated ones and soaking in the amazing vistas. Every morning, watch the sunrise over the ocean on the back deck. Catch the sunsets on the newly constructed front deck. When your crew gets hungry, the kitchen is entirely loaded for breakfast, lunch, dinners, and desserts around the 8-person dining table, close by breakfast nook, or covered outdoor picnic table. Koala Pointe offers cozy sleeping arrangements for families and groups of friends. On the mid-level, there is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms (Pyramid Bunk with a Twin and 1 Queen) with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Both are equipped with TVs and Rokus. The upstairs queen room has a private balcony with ocean and sunrise vistas. There is an additional cot and futon available for modest beach lovers and bigger groups.
