Coastal Dunes 1 is one of four homes in the OBX Coastal Dunes bungalow court. Each home ranges from 1 to 3 bedrooms and shares a central court with direct access to the beach. This oceanfront bungalow court is ideal for bigger groups looking for separate spaces next to one another. Family and friends can rent the adjacent cottages, so everybody can vacation together while having their private getaway. If you're planning or attending a wedding or event at Keeper's Galley, the Coastal Dunes bungalow court offers the ideal guest accommodations - just a three-min. walk from the venue.
★ PLEASE NOTE
No washer/dryer or dishwasher. Parking for this home is on the sand, and a 4-wheel drive is required. Because space for parking is limited, only ONE car per bungalow is allowed.
★ BOOKING GUIDELINES
We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-event service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and it's contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
We value our guests’ health, safety, and well-being. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
