Coastal Dunes 1 is a 1-bedroom bungalow located right in the heart of Nags Head, ideal for a weekend hideaway or a summer hideaway for just the two of you. Here, you can appreciate the vistas of the ocean from your private deck with your morning coffee, or simply walk a few steps onto the beach and take in the sights and sounds of the impressive Atlantic Ocean. Inside the home, there is everything that you need to have a peaceful stay at the beach, including a comfortable queen-sized bed, ideal for calming after a fun-filled day exploring the Outer Banks. Can't stay a full week? Coastal Dunes 1 offers nightly stays, accepting you to book a three-nighttime (3-nighttime) minimum at any time.

In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
