Oceanfront lovers rejoice at Coastal Dunes, unit 1, where you are really located in the sand with the ocean as your backyard. Coastal Dunes 1 is a 1-bedroom bungalow located right in the heart of Nags Head, ideal for a weekend hideaway or a summer hideaway for just the two of you. Here, you can savor the vistas of the ocean from your private deck with your morning coffee, or simply walk a few steps onto the beach and take in the sights and sounds of the pretty Atlantic Ocean. Inside the home, there is everything that you need to have a relaxing stay at the beach, including a comfortable queen-sized bed, ideal for calming after a fun-filled day exploring the Outer Banks. Can't stay a full week? Coastal Dunes 1 offers nightly stays, accepting you to book a three-nighttime (3-nighttime) minimum at any time.

Coastal Dunes Cottage court is located on the oceanfront in Nags head and is a total of four rental homes. Each home has between 1-3 bedrooms, all with direct beach access which is located right behind the cottages. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
