Sandy Feet Retreat is a freshly refreshed home in the sound side Ridges community of the Village at Nags Head. Guests will appreciate vistas of the Nags Head Golf Links golf course, impressive sunsets and even a glimpse of the Roanoke Sound. The charmingly furnished interior, neutral colors and coastal-inspired décor will make you say "Ahhh..." as soon as you walk in the door. Vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light give the living room a bright and airy feel. Stylish and beach-friendly LVP floor runs throughout the common areas, and a sizable deck off the great room is ideal for sunbathing. After a day at the beach or exploring Nags Head, come home and curl up on the couch in front of the gas fireplace. When you're not dining out at one of Nags Head's astounding eateries, prepare meals at home in the updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the extravagant primary suite with bespoke tiled shower. Three more bedrooms and a third full bath are located upstairs, providing plenty of space for family and friends.

Guests at Sandy Feet Retreat will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Conveniences include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, tennis courts, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. The Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

The golfers in your group can take advantage of exclusive discounts at the Nags Head Golf Links, a challenging Scottish course named "among the most handsome in the Eastern US" by Golf Digest.

Located at Milepost 14.5 in Nags Head, Sandy Feet Retreat is only half a mile to the beach. Take a ten-min. walk or four-min. bicycle ride to the Epstein public access (there's also plenty of complimentary parking). Just a mile south you'll find the Outer Banks Mall which includes grocery stores, home décor and boutique shopping, plus a variety of dining and take-out options. Bring your kayaks or standup paddleboards and launch them at the close by sound access for a fun day on the water.

Nags Head is home to this vacation home. Seaside Art Gallery and Dare County Arts Council are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Full Throttle Speedway and Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf. Destination Fun and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to your budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Nags Head area. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection.
