Welcome to Perch Point at Fin N' Feather Waterside Inn by KEES Vacations!
The Fin N' Feather Waterside Inn by KEES Vacations is one of the last of its kind. Located on the Nags Head/Manteo Causeway, the Inn offers comfortable and well-appointed rooms and efficiencies overlooking the handsome Roanoke Sound. The historic inn first opened in 1968 and closed in September of 2011 after a bout with Hurricane Irene. Now open after an broad remodel, the Inn is ideal for anyone fishing the Outer Banks or surfing the Nags Head beaches.
Perch Point at Fin N Feather 2 Queen Deluxe 1 room includes two Queen Beds, a table and two chairs, full bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, and a mini frig.
Perch Point at Fin N' Feather Waterside Inn is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $50, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
