Reconnect with nature and embrace your inner angler at New Beginnings, a unique waterfront home in Old Nags Head Cove that's really a fisherman's heaven. Ideal for boat owners and groups that intend to be out on the water, New Beginnings is located right on a entirely bulkheaded canal. Tie up your watercraft right behind the home using the private dock equipped with electricity and water (3 hose connection options). Along with a fish cleaning station, grille and a 7 cubic ft. ice chest on the ground level, you'll have everything you need to catch and prepare your own seafood dinners!

When you arrive, use the community boat ramp (for a nominal fee) to put your vessel or jet skis in the water and dock them right behind the home. From there, effortlessly navigate to the Roanoke Sound for exceptional saltwater fishing, water sports, or a sunset cruise with vistas that span across multiple OBX islands. Oregon Inlet is only 13 miles from the home.

Recent updates include LVP floor on the main level, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a newly rebuilt deck that overlooks the canal and includes an outdoor dining set for al fresco meals. Vaulted ceilings and ample natural light make the open-concept great room feel bright and airy. Upstairs, the generously sized loft is practically a second living room, ideal for a kid's hangout space or a comfortable den for reading. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and access to a private waterfront deck where you can lounge in the sun.

In addition to the canals and boat-friendly amenities, guests also have the option of purchasing daily or weekly passes to the Old Nags Head Cove soundfront pool.
