Your family will adore this charmingly refreshed one level Semi-Oceanfront bungalow AND it's location in peaceful South Nags Head near the 20.5 mile marker! Just one home back from the ocean, "Saltwater Cure" is only 70' to the beach (closer than many oceanfront homes). Appreciate magnificant vistas from plentiful, comfortable seating on each of the three decks, including the roof-top crow's nest. Quiet, striking beach! Located on a private, ocean side street (no roads to cross, no traffic - great for kids) with it's own private beach access. So close and convenient - it's not a chore to take all your gear to the beach!


"Saltwater Cure" is a true owner-managed property with tons of attention to detail that a commercial property does not have. Updated with granite counters and stainless appliances, it is a well-maintained, super clean bungalow decorated with local artwork and furnished with a pretty, coastal style. "Saltwater Cure" offers a one level, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath “H” PRIVACY floor plan (two bedrooms and bath on one side of the central living area, one bedroom and bath on the other side - a solid door keeps each "suite" separate from the living area). The enormous open great room provides a fun gathering space with its 14’ high wood-beamed planked ceilings. You'll savor comfortable dining for 4-6 at the convertible console/table and 5 stools at the granite kitchen counter.


Three bedrooms each have a queen bed and 32" wall mounted TV with Roku and Streaming Spectrum App.


Three huge separate decks including a rooftop crow’s nest provide handsome ocean vistas. Sunrises and sunsets in all directions! Lots of seating for outdoor chillin’ and dining! There is a 6' picnic table with umbrella for family fun and dining on the sizable front deck. In addition, there is another hightop table with 6 more counter height chairs. Another table and four chairs plus two counter height adirondack chairs are on the shaded back deck. Additional ground level areas provide spaces for calming, rocking, swinging, playing, and parking. So many places to sit and relax! There is a huge fish cleaning table for your fresh catch. Everyone loves the completely enclosed roomy outdoor shower with hot and cold water. It's the very best place to take your shower!


Convenient ground level storage room for beach toys and equipment. Feel complimentary to appreciate whatever chairs, body boards, and other equipment that are in the closet!
