This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an painless drive of many great local attractions including the charmingly refreshed Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Fall asleep each nighttime to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to handsome sunrises from your porch with unobstructed vistas of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are included by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles in the common area, and a kids’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

There is one elevator on the property; however, this unit is not handicap accessible. All guests must be able to navigate flights of stairs in case of mechanical failure or in the event of an emergency. This unit is located on a second-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Our gorgeous caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

Tips and Tricks for getting the perfect Nags Head vacation home experience:

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in Nags Head. Booking in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Nags Head area visitor guide magazines that include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Selecting the perfect rental in the Nags Head area:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your dates, and select a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Pup-Friendly! Direct Oceanfront! Shorely Goodness: PierView 105 Oceanfront Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Nags Head vacation rental search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the host before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds. You will need to work out what is optimal for your family.
  • Some rentals allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about your furry family members before booking.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents quite a few difficulties.
  • Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Upon check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
