This classic flat-top design home offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal living all while offering everything that you will need for an memorable OBX vacation. Take a dip in the private pool after a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub, and savor the short walk to the Abalone Beach access.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the furnished screened-in porch or the front deck, soaking in the salt air. The kitchen, newly refreshed with stainless steel appliances, is entirely equipped for preparing delicious meals, while the dining table seats the whole family. Want to dine in the fresh air? There's also a picnic area for dining outdoors, ideal for calming and dining under the stars. With 5 roomy bedrooms, including 4 queen beds, a pyramid bunk, and a twin bed, everybody will have their own comfortable space after a day of Outer Banks adventures. The home also features 2 separate dens, ideal for gathering together and relaxing.

Conch Shell Estate is located just mins. from the trendy Red Drum Tap House and the Seagreen Gallery, and just a short drive from area attractions such as The Wright Brother's Memorial and Jockey's Ridge State Park.

Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the Abalone Street beach access! Head south from the home and cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk to access beach. Paved parking lot and wooden walkway to allow simple access to the beach!

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
