Located on a cul-de-sac in the Coastal Cove neighborhood, OBX Coastal Distancing is in a prime location for simple access to the beach as well as area shopping, eateries and sites to see while in town. Inside the home, you'll find everything you need for a anxiety-complimentary stay, including a completely equipped kitchen, cavernous decks, and Wi-Fi access to help in keeping everybody connected. The lower level game room is the ideal spot for late-nighttime friendly foosball competitions or movie marathons, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and even a microwave to keep movie snacks and drinks all within reach. When it's time for bed, there are 7 bedrooms to choose from, each with its own private bathroom, for privacy and convenience. Beach Access: Within walking distance to two public beach accesses! Head north to the Town Hall beach access where there is a paved parking lot located across the street along with a wooden walkway, and lifeguard stand (in-season only). Another option is to head south to the Epstein Street beach access, where there is a paved parking lot, bath home, outdoor shower and lifeguard stand (in-season only).

Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
