Always Supplied, complimentary linens and made beds! Imagine your cares slipping away while you sway in a rocking chair appreciating the ocean's breeze on the ocean facing wraparound porch! Constructed in 1933 by S.J. Twine, this estate will give you a sense of how things used to be on the OBX while offering the best amenities. The main home retains all the historical features for which the old Nags Head cottages have become famed; the unpainted wood cedar shakes, the lean out porch benches and the propped shutter windows - to name a few, all designed to enhance function over form. Recent updates include a gourmet kitchen, master bath and walk-in master closet. For the young at heart, the garage area features a vintage, classic Foosball table.

- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
