The entire bungalow includes the 3br 2ba of this listings PLUS a separate, single level living space with a kitchenette, king bedroom, full bathroom, and full outdoor area access with an additional outdoor shower. The downstairs apt is ideal for extended family, folks with mobility limitations, or just additional space. To add the apartment to your booking, it is $100/nighttime additional in the summer months and $75-95 additional in the shoulder/off-season. There is also an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Pups are welcome at a rate of $75 per dog. Would like to keep it to no more than 2 pups at a time.
