Constructed in 2022 and meticulously maintained, Bela Vista still looks and feels like new construction. After a day at the beach or out on the sound, come home and relax with a calming soak in the bubbly hot tub. Animals are welcome at Bela Vista, so your fur babies can accompany you during your stay and play by your side on the pet-friendly beaches of Nags Head.

Three levels of broad decking provide plenty of outdoor space where you can appreciate the exhilarating coastal breezes and beautiful sunsets. LVP floor and tile run throughout this pet-friendly home, ideal for sandy feet and paws returning from the beach. With over 4,000 square feet of interior living space and common areas on each level, families can choose to gather or spread out while still being under one roof. An open-concept great room features a completely supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island with bar seating. A game room on the top level features a ping-pong table for around-the-clock indoor entertainment. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the primary suite with king bed and a private bath with dual vanities and a bespoke-tiled walk-in shower. The six additional bedrooms are roomy and comfortably furnished for family and friends.

Located on the Nags Head causeway in Lone Cedar Village, Bela Vista is just mins. away from some of the most iconic Outer Banks eateries, including Lone Cedar Cafe, Tale of the Whale, and Sugar Creek.
