Welcome to my family's beach home! My 6 Bedroom/5 bath sound side home is located in the Masters section of the Village of Nags Head (MP 14.5). House sits at the base of a peaceful acoldaasac in an modren beach & golf community. House is on sound side which is 0.25 mi across to the beach- there are 3 public entrance points each with parking and bathrooms. Note: the home does not offer beach club privileges. I do not accept reservations for events where guests are under 25 years - thank you

Nags Head Golf Links and Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Outlets Nags Head. Full Throttle Speedway and Destination Fun are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a budget:

  • Summer is high season in the Nags Head area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
