Watching the sunrise and smelling the ocean breeze in the morning with your favorite coffee in hand will start your day out just right. The top-level open floorplan makes gathering as a group simple with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV in the living area, dining space for 12 and kitchen island seating for 4, the entirely equipped kitchen will surely delight the chef so they can prepare delicious meals for everybody. Indoor or rainy day entertainment can be found in the lower level rec room with a pool table and snacks will be effortlessly accessible from the wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. If you have those favorite movies you've wanted to watch with the family then the media room will be a great room to gather for some popcorn and movie time. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is near the beach. OBX Laser Tag and Nags Head Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Destination Fun and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Full Throttle Speedway are also worth visiting. Scuba diving, snorkeling, and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
