The top-level open floorplan makes gathering as a group painless with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV in the living area, dining space for 12 and kitchen island seating for 4, the completely equipped kitchen will surely delight the chef so they can prepare delicious meals for everybody. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
