The floorplan features a split bedroom layout, with two bedrooms and a full bath located on either side of the common areas. Two queen bedrooms share a full hall bath on the north end of the home, while a third queen bedroom and twin room on the south end share a second full bath. Downstairs, the ground level is set up for outdoor gathering with family and friends.
