Level One: Entrance on ground floor is level with driveway. 36 inch wide doors. The elevator goes to all floors. All slider doors are 28 inches wide. There is an access ramp to pool.

Mid Level: There is access to the deck through the rec room. Door width is 28 inches. Master bedroom has disability friendly shower with 2-inch lip into shower. Shower has seat and rails. Note that the entrance to bedroom is somewhat limited--the constructed in dresser accepts for 28 inches clearance into this room

Family Animals allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 6 cars. Fireplaces in bottom level and mid level bedrooms are not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

About the Area

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is by the ocean. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Nags Head Golf Links and Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf.
