Awesome ocean vistas from the top-level open floor plan with comfortable seating and flatscreen TV in the living area, a well-outfitted kitchen with two full-size fridges, and a enormous dining room table and kitchen island seating means that you can comfortably eat all those delicious meals as a group. The lower-level entertainment area has a rec room with a pool table and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator so you can have snacks on hand for everybody to appreciate. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
