Look forward to spectacular ocean vistas and an unbeatable location when you reserve Sand Pebbles for your next Outer Banks vacation. This well-maintained oceanfront home is packed with amenities that will keep the entire family entertained throughout your stay, including a heated pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and game room with pool table. For non-stop fun in the sun, guests can comfortably transition from the pool to the beach using the private dune walk-over with outdoor shower. All eight bedrooms include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy.
With over 4,500 square feet of comfortably furnished living space, Sand Pebbles is ideal for extended families or multiple groups visiting together. Two full-size fridges can accommodate all your groceries along with the catch of the day! When you arrive, getting settled will be a breeze using the elevator to send bags and groceries to the upper levels. A reverse floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room take full advantage of the expansive ocean vistas. The open-concept layout can accommodate sizable gatherings and encourages quality time spent with family and friends. The chef in your group will savor the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the great room, where they can still socialize and appreciate the view while preparing meals. With a dining table that seats twelve, a breakfast nook table for eight and bar seating at the kitchen for five more, everybody can sit down and dine together. Curl up with a book in the Crow's Nest, which also features a desk for remote work or school. In the evenings, the fun continues downstairs in the game room with billiard table, wet bar and access to the pool area for effortless indoor/outdoor living. Take a dip in the private pool (which can be heated certain times of the year) or soak in the hot tub while planning the next day's adventures with drinks in hand. A half bath on the ground level can be conveniently accessed from outside, and the wet bar is ideal for drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. Don't forget to set aside some time to host a volleyball tournament, right in your front yard!
Sand Pebbles is located in the Pebble Beach community, which maintains a walkway to the beach across from Forbes Street, only 350ft away from the home. This walkway is only 4-6 steps up and otherwise level, providing a more accessible way for guests with mobility challenges to get to the beach.

Nearby family-friendly activities include go-carts, mini-golf, watersports on the sound and First Flight Adventure Park. Sand Pebbles is also the ideal location for attending festivals and events held throughout the year at the Outer Banks Event Site, less than a five min. walk away.

Our top Nags Head rental home tips and tricks:
Get the best rental home value:
- The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
- Summertime is high season in the Nags Head area. To book the most suitable rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Nags Head restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Nags Head visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines contain offers and deals for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Planning and picking your prefect Nags Head rental:
- Begin by choosing your a vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Sand Pebbles: Oceanfront, Pool, Hot Tub, Rec Room has 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is often accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, reach out to the property manager before you reserve your home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property manager about your furry family members before booking.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
More tips for your visit:
- Be sure you get the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of problems.
- Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
- Record any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if damages are assessed.
- Respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
