With over 4,500 square feet of comfortably furnished living space, Sand Pebbles is ideal for extended families or multiple groups visiting together. Two full-size fridges can accommodate all your groceries along with the catch of the day! When you arrive, getting settled will be a breeze using the elevator to send bags and groceries to the upper levels. A reverse floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room take full advantage of the expansive ocean vistas. The open-concept layout can accommodate sizable gatherings and encourages quality time spent with family and friends. The chef in your group will savor the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the great room, where they can still socialize and appreciate the view while preparing meals. With a dining table that seats twelve, a breakfast nook table for eight and bar seating at the kitchen for five more, everybody can sit down and dine together. Curl up with a book in the Crow's Nest, which also features a desk for remote work or school. In the evenings, the fun continues downstairs in the game room with billiard table, wet bar and access to the pool area for effortless indoor/outdoor living.
