Imagine waking up every morning, grabbing your coffee, and watching the sunrise while appreciating the L'il Seabreeze off the ocean. This comfortable home is bursting with appeal and is the ideal hideaway for a family vacation, a fishing trip, or any occasion where fun and relaxation are on the agenda. Dine al fresco on the screened-in porch and savor the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean. The open living space gives everybody a place to gather for movies and meals and the separate bedrooms and bathrooms provide comfort and privacy during your stay. L'il Seabreeze will be the place to make those memorable memories.

Exploring the Outer Banks: South Nags Head is known for its natural beauty, exceptional fishing, and modest-town ambiance. Convenient to local dining options, unique stores and many historical sites. Uncrowded beaches and six-plus miles of bicycle/walking/running paths make it a great place to get out and appreciate the OBX.

Beach Access: Savor the sundeck or make your way to the impressive Nags Head beaches on your own private walkway located directly behind the home.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
