“Ocean Heaven South” awaits your family for your own heaven vacation. Besides the private pool and hot tub, ocean vistas are the star here, from two levels of the home. Top all that off with the fact that you can bring your family dog…it is just too good to be true! The top level great room, kitchen and dining all have great vistas from the wall of windows that line the east side and access to the deck. The ocean vistas while dining, calming in the living room, or from the kitchen and bar area are sure to please everybody! Six master bedrooms are just one of the amenities that set “Ocean Paradise South” apart from the rest.

Everyone will be entertained with a private pool with ample decking for relaxing. The poolside hot tub is a great spot to relax and relax while watching the action in the pool. The walkway to the beach makes it simple to get there. Just inside the ground level rec room is a cool reprieve from the sun to play pool or relax and watch a move. You could relax on the mid level deck with a book or savor all the sun you can get on the beach, the pool or the top level deck with great ocean vistas. Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Family Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery costs may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

When to reserve a Nags Head rental & When to go:

  • Summer months are high season in the Nags Head area. To get the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
