Welcome to "Shore Dream'n", ideally located with just a short walk to the beach, stores and dining! A handsome semi-ocean front home with great ocean and sound vistas, and a nice huge layout that provides plenty of space for your next family vacation. From the many separate sitting areas, the enormous chef's kitchen, the two different rec. rooms or the huge pool deck, there is something for everybody to adore!

For 2024 Free Pool Heat is supplied with your stay from 3/23/24-6/1/24 and 8/31/24- 10/12/24. For 2025 Free Pool Heat is included with your stay from 3/30/25-6/6/25 and 8/30/25-10/10/25. Available during other weeks for an additional $250 pool heat fee. The pool heat will only work if the air temp is 60 degrees and is only capable of heating the pool to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature.

Top Level: Ships watch with sunrise deck. Great room with ocean vistas, deck, comfortable seating, TV/DVD player. Generous kitchen with a sizable island (4 bar stools) dining room (9 chairs) with sound vistas, deck access. King MBR w/ TV, hottub tub.

Mid-Level: Ocean view sitting area with desk/ workspace, Queen bedroom w/ ocean facing deck TV shares jack 'n' jill bedroom w/ another Queen bedroom w/ TV, sound facing deck access. Queen MBR w/ Sound deck, TV and Jacuzzi tub. Laundry with washer and dryer.

Ground Level: Two different rec rooms! One with a pool table a full size refrigerator, and one with foosball and a comfortable sitting area w/ TV/DVD. Deck access to pool area. Full hall bath. Bedroom w/ a bunk bed and a bedroom w/ 2 twin beds.

Outside: Private pool (12x24), private hot tub, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Traveling with kids? Consider Full Throttle Speedway and Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf. Kayaking, parasailing, and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Nags Head area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Nags Head area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines have deals for nearby tours and attractions.

Filter your rental search:

  • To start, have your group decide on a vacation week and a maximum budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Newly renovated, great views, semi-OF, Free private heated pool, hot tub, pets OK! has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property manager before you reserve the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine which bed configuration is right for your group.
  • If your group is traveling with pets, you will need a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Does your family require specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental

Some things to know before you go:

  • Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are valuable if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a fantastic time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
