RELAXED 14 Day WINTER STAY CANCELLATION POLICY. Full Bath on lower level. Professionally decorated home with 400 lb. capacity outside automatic lift for moving suitcases, groceries, etc. to all levels, pool, hot tub, fenced in back yard for playing and family pets, automatic sprinkler system and professional landscaping. Entry level has rec room with foosball, two pinball machines ("The Simpsons" and retro "Tri-Zone"), wet bar, mini refrigerator, TV w/DVD, access to pool, hot tub and outside shower. Middle level has 3 bedrooms, 1Q w/full private bath, 1Q and 2 Singles w/full bath, washer/dryer, two roll-away beds, decks front and back of home, hammock on back deck, deck furnishings on all levels. Top level has Master Bedroom w/private bath, kitchen with granite countertops, full island with stools and service for 4, connects to roomy dining area w/dry bar, and great room with gas fireplace, constructed-in TV w/DVD, broad DVD movie library, game closet. Spectacular ocean vistas from top front deck. iDesign Tower Stereos for iPhone/iPod/Android devices on lower and top levels. Cable TV. WiFi. 4 Beach bicycles. Charcoal grille on pool deck.
