This gorgeous home is located directly across from the Villages of Nags Head private beach access, which is considered one of the top beach accesses in the entire Outer Banks. You also have access to a freshly added private walkway right outside the pool deck that will take you directly across the street to the beach access. This handicap accessible beach access provides you with outdoor showers, bathrooms, and a shaded gazebo so that you can savor your day at the beach.

Carolina Surf also has the best ocean view in Moongate and is only steps to the beach! Since it's conveniently located near the Outer Banks Mall, which includes impressive stores, eateries and grocery stores (including Fresh Market), this is the place to stay in Nags Head. This property is also attractively located near Manteo and Hatteras Island offering you and your guests the opportunity for phenomenal day trips. This home is the ideal coastal bungalow with all the modern amenities you'll need. The lightly painted tongue and groove wood walls were inspired to give you that "vintage" Nags Head feel. Carolina Surf features a impressive King master bedroom suite that is located on the top floor. This suite has access to the deck, the comfortable covered porch and a amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean.

You can also view the striking sunrises and appreciate the ocean breezes beneath the covered outdoor porch with plush outdoor seating. There is also a table on the deck that is ideal for your morning coffee or fast lunches. The deck tower at Carolina Surf connects all three levels of the home and runs all the way to the pool deck—no need to head back into the home to get to the pool! Dinner is also a snap in the well-outfitted gourmet kitchen that offers bespoke tile, full range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cavernous refrigerator with ice maker, tile backsplash, granite counters, roomy center island and cozy seating. The great room in this ideal beach bungalow is equipped with state-of-the-art surround sound and entertainment system with complimentary Netflix movies. During the evening just dim the lights and watch a movie on the 55" Intelligent LED HD TV as you relax by the glow of the fireplace – which is surrounded by handsome natural tile and a reclaimed barn wood mantle.

On the second floor of this spectacular home, there are four spacious bedrooms--three are King bedroom suites, all with direct deck access with ample outdoor seating. The fourth suite is outfitted with Twin Bunk beds and is ideally suited for the family with modest kids or for those who want a "kids only" room. The ground floor features one King master bedroom with a full bath. There is also a half bath in the game room which features a tiled floor with a 50" flat screen Intelligent TV, entertainment center, Champion Bank Shot shuffleboard, Arcade Legends video game, sitting area, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, modest service dishwasher, mini-kitchen and full washer and dryer. When you step outside to the pool deck, you can choose to cool off in the private saltwater pool that features a bespoke surface that is simple on your feet! Or you can pull up to the cabana bar, enjoy a drink and watch the outdoor TV! The bespoke constructed cabana bar seats five is topped with a granite counter and has a wet bar and ice bin for keeping your beverages ice cold. There is also a full gourmet grille island so you can BBQ on the gas grille and enjoy your meal right out on the pool deck. You can also enjoy the new enlarged back yard that includes a professional grade putting green, natural sitting rock, chef's herb garden, chaise lounges, deck chairs and a huge table with chairs. This is the ideal location for family barbecues, games and evening gatherings.

Need to relax those tired muscles after a day at the beach? Just slip into Carolina Surf's six-person hot tub and relax. While you're calming, you can enjoy your favorite music played through the outdoor speakers. Also located in the back fenced-in pool area is an enclosed private shower stall with plenty of room to change into dry clothes. Ready for some more fun?
