Sea Salt Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and sleeps up to 8 guests. We are located at the 16.5 milepost in Nags Head, across the street from Jennette's Pier. You can walk over to the beach in a couple of mins. or drive over and park in the complimentary parking lot if you prefer.

We hope you'll check us out and see why our guests come back year after year. Guests tell us they adore the location of our home, really steps away from the ocean and directly across the street from Jennette's Pier. They also appreciate our roomy private pool in our calming backyard and the gorgeous sunsets they view off our top floor deck overlooking the Roanoke Sound.

We've owned Sea Salt Cottage since 2015 and improve upon the property each year. We view it as an extension of our own home and furnish it to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need for a memorable stay. Recent updates include a refreshed kitchen and all three bedrooms refreshed for max. comfort and beachy, modren mid-century vibes.

Sea Salt Cottage is also just two homes down from Whalebone Park - a sizable playground with fun equipment for kids of all ages - and a volleyball area, picnic tables and a walking trail.

Details for our 3 bedroom layout:

The first floor Primary Bedroom is a cavernous, mid-century modern private getaway equipped with a plush, king-sized bed (brand new bed), full private bathroom, deck overlooking the backyard and a mini refrigerator for cold drinks on pool days. You'll appreciate drinking coffee on the swing located off the master bedroom deck - a great place to relax and watch the family savor the private backyard pool. There's also a sitting area with couch in the master bedroom for beach reading or watching TV.

The second bedroom is a Queen bedroom on the second floor.

The third bedroom is a bunkroom with one double and two bunked twin beds. This room is designed to comfortably accommodate adults and kids alike.

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and digital cable TV. You'll be completely connected with high-speed WiFi.

The living area provides plenty of seating and a enormous flatscreen TV. The huge deck off the living area is a great place to sit in the evenings and enjoy the elegant sunset over the sound.

The delightfully updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a full size dishwasher. There's a Keurig and traditional coffeemaker for coffee lovers! The dining area offers table seating and bar stools for more casual meals. You'll find the table a comfortable spot for playing games as well.

Two beach access points with lifeguard coverage in season are across the street and within 350 yards. One is at Jennette's Pier and one is on Gulfstream Drive.

50% of total is collected at time of reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to your stay. We REQUIRE a lease agreement to be signed via SignNow website and returned, along with a photo copy of a driver's license, to confirm identity of renters.

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf and Full Throttle Speedway are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
