Tranquility Cove is a freshly constructed home in Old Nags Head Cove, within walking distance to the Roanoke Sound. The cavernous great room provides plenty of room for gathering with an open-concept layout and vaulted ceilings. When you're not dining out at one of Nags Head's famed eateries, prepare meals at home in the kitchen with chic two-tone cabinetry, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. LVP floor flows throughout the entire home, including all the bedrooms. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the primary suite that includes it's own private porch and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Tranquility Cove is equipped with an elevator, ideal for guests with mobility issues. Skip the stairs and use it to send bags and groceries to the upper levels.

Located in Old Nags Head Cove, guests of Tranquility Cove can take advantage of the neighborhood's canals and sound access with parking, where you can launch paddleboards and kayaks. Have a bigger vessel in mind? Bring your boat and use the community boat ramp for a nominal fee.
