You will adore the convenient location off the Beach Road at milepost 15 in the exclusive Village at Nagshead. The multi-use path is just one block away and runs for miles along the Beach Road. Ideal for running, cycling and walking!

This 6 bedroom home is freshly painted and decorated. New kitchen and furnishings. Brand new 14x22 kidney shaped calming pool and outdoor sitting area with hot tub (Open May - October 15). Ideal for an evening dip or spend the day when there is surf advisory. Plenty of porches to relax on and dream the day away. You will also have access to the Village Beach Club huge community pool, snack bar, full service bar, daily activites for kids and grown ups! The community pool is open end of May through the first weekend in October. (Goes to weekends only after 3rd weekend in September.)

** Brand new, completely outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and everything you need to make a gourmet meal! Seating at the bar for 4 along with room for up to 10 at enormous dining table. Plenty of room for meals, games and making memories around the table.

**55" flat screen TV with ROKU streaming, and DVD player (Red Box units available at Food Lion 2 mins. away). 2 sizable comfortable couches for everybody to savor a show together!

**Enormous bedroom with king bed and sliding door to upper deck. Flat screen TV with ROKU streaming. Attached to upstairs bathroom with double vanity and shower.

**Daybed with pull out trundle bed. Ideal for kids to be near mom and dad in upstairs king bedroom. The smallest of the bedrooms but seems to be favorite of kids and grown ups! Must be the positioning of the bed to the TV - which is flat screen and ROKU equipped.

**Sliding doors to back deck near dining table with picnic table for dining alfresco and 4 adirondack chairs to relax and relax while appreciating the handsome weather and scenery!

**Single door to front deck near living area with 4 adirondack chairs. A ideal place to sit and watch the people returning from the beach at the end of the day.

Outside -
** Adorable 14x22 foot kidney shaped relaxing pool with constructed in bench seating. Ideal to relax in and cool off. If you are looking to swim laps or would like a bigger space to spread out - head on over to the community pool where you will be our guest for the week. Pool side service, full bar, snack bar and activities all week make this a must see attraction. Please remember - no coolers at the pool!
