Cool off in your private saltwater pool or rest poolside with your favorite book or soak in the hot tub after you've had a fun day at the beach that is just a short walk away. An enclosed outdoor shower is available poolside.
The top-level great room features comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a waffle maker and electric griddle, and the kitchen island and oceanview dining room table provide ample seating for a family meal. Grab your morning coffee and savor watching the sunrise over the ocean from the top-level sun deck and vistas of some of the historic cottages that Nags Head is well known for. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
