A reverse floorplan means you'll savor vistas of the ocean, sound, marsh and spectacular sunsets from the top-level great room. Original pine paneling preserves the warmth and coastal character of this classic Nags Head style home, while the open-concept layout makes the space feel bright, airy and ideal for gathering. In addition to a sunroom for indoor/outdoor living, two levels of wrap-around decks provide plenty of room for soaking up the Vitamin D, calming in the shade, or simply breathing in the salty ocean air.
