You can really be "On Holiday" at this handsome home located in Old Nags Head Place. The outdoor entertaining has so much to offer from your own private pool and hot tub, a tiki bar, outdoor ping pong table and corn hole game. And for 2022 the pool is now saltwater! Inside you can appreciate the rec room with a pool table and wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwave. Gather in the great room for movies or great dinners in the well-equipped kitchen. Take in the handsome sunrises from the top-level sun deck and catch a view of the ocean.

The gorgeous OBX beach is just a short walk as well as the Nags Head Pier where you can savor a great meal or fishing or head to Jockey's Ridge State Park. Try out a local favorite the Surfin Spoon, a local frozen yogurt bar that is just a short walk away, you'll be glad you did!

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.
