Just imagine....A golden sandy beach kissed by the Atlantic Ocean is just steps from your cavernous deck!
This home is equipped with an Elevator so you don't have to maneuver flights of steps. The elevator goes to all 3 floors. To access the elevator you have to go outside onto the front decks. The elevator does not access the inside of the home.
You will have marvelous Ocean Vistas from the front decks as well as a pretty vistas of the Hatteras National Seashore Sanctuary from the back. (Keep your eyes open for grazing deer.)
A excellent way to start your day is to appreciate your breakfast on the deck while watching the ocean and basking in the warm Outer Banks sunshine!
It's only a short walk to the beach on our Private Beach Access.
Savor calming around your private 12 x 24 Swimming Pool.
There will be No Rainy Day Blues here!
The Game room has a Pool Table, Poker/Gaming table, Multiple board games, TV & DVD Player and a Kitchen.
The Theater room is equipped with a 50" Intelligent TV, a Blu Ray player, a Popcorn popper, Mini Fridge, and Cozy Stadium Seating.
2 entirely equipped kitchens make dinner time no problem. with Two (2) fridges, a Crockpot, Blender, an air fryer, Mixer, & Seafood Steamer pot, is all you need to keep your hungry family happy.
Have some family time in the sizable great room area or have some private viewing on one of the many Intelligent TVs located throughout the home.
There are two laundry areas two washers and two dryers.

2. PET FEES are NOT PROVIDED in price. We have No Restrictions on number, breed, or size.
Here are some OPTIONAL Items to Make Your Trip Complete :
1. Hurricane Insurance (5% of your total) will refund any days missed because of evacuation.
2. Beach Chairs(sitting) & Umbrellas rental.
3. Pet fee is $100 per week per pet + tax.
Or if less than a week, Pet fee is $15 per day per pet + tax.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in South Nags Head, a neighborhood in Nags Head. Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Island Farm are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Jennette's Pier and Outer Banks Fishing Pier. Traveling with kids? Consider Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf and Full Throttle Speedway. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
