And since you are at the Outer Banks, be sure to take your private boardwalk over the dunes and straight to the water where fun in the sand and surf awaits!
When you step into this home, all of your worries will immediately wash away as the beauty and grandeur of this home surround you. Unwind after your long drive in the ground-floor game room/recreation lounge where you can play shuffleboard and foosball or whip up some light refreshments and adult drinks at the wet bar, equipped with its own ice maker, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Send the kiddos over to the kids's TV room where they can relax with comfortable gaming chairs and a flat-screen TV. Down here, you'll also find 2 King Bedrooms with private bathrooms and a Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds. On the mid-level, you'll begin to see just how close you are to the ocean with the handsome mid-level porch which is covered and has seating for 4. Back inside is the pub area with a wet bar, pool table, and poker table that lead to the in-home theater where you and ten of your family members can getaway from the summer sun for a movie experience like no other. This floor also features 3 King Bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which also has private access to a streetside porch. Further down the hall, you'll find the Bunk Suite which has 2/pyramid bunk beds constructed into the walls and a bathroom with a shower stall.
Take the elevator up to the top floor and you will find what is arguably the finest part of this cavernous home that is just ideal for huge families. The view of the ocean from this floor is unmatched. Take in the ocean air and natural light in the charming living area which is set up with cozy furnishings ideal for a calming evening of watching the waves or appreciating family movie nighttime on the flat-screen TV. When it's time for dinner, pop right over into the gourmet kitchen where there's plenty of space to whip up a gourmet seafood spectacular for the whole family to savor, with 5 seats also available at the kitchen island.
