Highseas is a New House finished summer of 2023. Savor a classy and modern experience at this centrally-located home. Constructed with some exterior details representing “Old Nags Head” bungalow appeal. Swimming pool & hot tub. 2 beach accesses within a short walk. Food Lion, Morning View coffee, Front Porch coffee, Booty Treats ice cream and tons of places to eat all within walking distance.
The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All beds are king beds, we provide sheets. One Master with bathroom/shower. Main bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo. There is a linen closet with all the bath towels.

Living room has a 85 in Samsung tv and a very comfortable sectional. Dinning table can accommodate 8 guests comfortably.

There is a 4th bedroom with bathroom off the kitchen back door that we call our mother in-law suite. There is a king size bed and shower and a microwave and mini refrigerator. It has its own private entrance.

Hot tub big enough for 6 people and a swimming pool 5ft deep with a bench that has 3 jets. We also have a sail that we put out as long as there are no high winds.

We supply bed linens and Bath towels. There are some beach towels if you forget yours. We have 6 beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use.
We supply shampoo, conditioner, a couple rolls of TP, hand soap and body wash. The kitchen has one roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and cleaning supplies. Please plan accordingly.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, or bake a cake.
