It's an simple walk to the beach with the community sidewalk right beside the property leading straight up to the beach access. It's also beside 'Pelican's Patrol' if you have a group that needs two properties. Inside, the cavernous Great Room has deck access and there is tons of seating for the whole family at mealtime. Beachy bungalow décor abounds throughout the property. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and they even have a screened porch facing the sunsets to the west! Bedrooms are attractively appointed and have LCD TVs, for your 'me time' amidst the fray. Both King Masters have double sink vanities for added convenience. Ground level rec room offers playtime for everybody and additional sleeping space if anyone doesn't want to share a bed. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
In the Nags Head area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.
