The pool area is cavernous with plenty of room for sunbathing, hanging out and appreciating time with the whole family! It's an painless walk to the beach with the community sidewalk right beside the property leading straight up to the beach access. It's also beside 'Pelican's Patrol' if you have a group that needs two properties. Inside, the roomy Great Room has deck access and there is tons of seating for the whole family at mealtime. Beachy bungalow décor abounds throughout the property. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and they even have a screened porch facing the sunsets to the west! Bedrooms are elegantly appointed and have LCD TVs, for your 'me time' amidst the fray. Both King Masters have double sink vanities for added convenience. Ground level rec room offers playtime for everybody and additional sleeping space if anyone doesn't want to share a bed.
