Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a soundside golf course community, this comfortable and family-friendly home is next to the 8th hole of the Nags Head Golf Links. Catch the incredible Outer Banks sunsets from the hot tub or one of the 3 decks. Simple walk to the sound side pier and close to Outer Banks attractions, shopping, and superb eateries.

Guests at Marsh Links 15 will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day, and on weekends during May and September. Conveniences include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access with convenient oceanfront parking, bathhouse, tennis courts, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. The Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
