Kimberly's Kottage has everything you will need for your OBX vacation. Savor your own private pool with broad deck space for sunbathing or cool off under the gazebo. The huge fenced in yard is a great place for outdoor games. The beach is just a short walk away with two beach accesses available to you, to the north is the Curlew St access and to the south is the Hollowell Street access. The reverse floor plan is ideal as it offers the living, dining, and kitchen on the top level where you can appreciate your favorite movies, and delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. What better way to start your day than appreciating your morning coffee or tea from the top-level sun deck as the sun rises. The lower level den/rec room is a great place to hang out to watch TV or play a game of foosball, plus there is a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Cavernous covered decks give you the shade you need to relax and read your favorite books.

Located in a great neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bicycle. You are close to many great local eateries, unique stores, and outdoor activities.

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is near the beach. How to get the best value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Nags Head area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
