Kimberly's Kottage has everything you will need for your OBX vacation. Appreciate your own private pool with broad deck space for sunbathing or cool off under the gazebo. The sizable fenced in yard is a great place for outdoor games. The beach is just a short walk away with two beach accesses available to you, to the north is the Curlew St access and to the south is the Hollowell Street access. The reverse floor plan is ideal as it offers the living, dining, and kitchen on the top level where you can savor your favorite movies, and delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. What better way to start your day than appreciating your morning coffee or tea from the top-level sun deck as the sun rises. The lower level den/rec room is a great place to hang out to watch TV or play a game of foosball, plus there is a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Cavernous covered decks give you the shade you need to relax and read your favorite books.

Located in a great neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bicycle. You are close to many great local eateries, unique stores, and outdoor activities.
