Catch a glimpse of the ocean from the top-level sun deck while you are appreciating your morning coffee and making your plans for the day's adventures. Located next to the Curlew Beach access, there will be no shortage of sun, sand, and surf on this OBX vacation. The entirely outfitted kitchen is ideal for whipping up everybody's favorite meals and the open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas offers the ideal setting to catch up and wind down after your exceptional day on the OBX. Everyone will appreciate the indoor and outdoor entertainment, with the game room with a game table, TV, and refrigerator for snacks or head outside and take on a game of volleyball or horseshoes.

With five bedrooms everybody will be sure to find the ideal place to end their day for a restful nighttime. The elevator makes it painless to bring in groceries and bags and has access to all levels. Your dog deserves an OBX vacation too so bring them along as Calm On Down is pet friendly.

Exploring Nags Head: Located between the highways, Calm On Down lets you take advantage of the Nags Head Fishing Pier, local dining, shopping at unique stores, and visiting the historical sites on the Outer Banks.

Beach Access: Head south out of the driveway until you reach Curlew Street. Head east and cross Virginia Dare Trail safely at the pedestrian crosswalk. Curlew Street Beach Access has paved parking, portable bathrooms, outdoor showers and a wooden walkway.

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
