Equipped with a wet bar and outdoor TV, this area also has a gas grille for casual meals. Up to the mid level that is dedicated to restful sleeping areas. Front and rear covered decks for ocean breeze with the ocean view swing bed. The top level greets you with soaring ceilings, radiant hardwoods and mesmerizing ocean vistas. The gourmet kitchen features the best in modern conveniences featuring distinctive cabinets, granite countertops, storage pantry, a Keurig, and casual bar seating for nine. Unwind in the oceanfront recreation area with pool table, wet bar and direct deck access. Life gets better in the home theatre with big screen TV.

2025 Pool Heat Fee: $500
Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat.

Special Access: This home has an elevator that services all three levels. One master suite on the ground level has a bathroom equipped for those with special needs with roll under sink and barrier complimentary shower. At the front of the home, there is a ramp so that guests can bypass the three stairs at the main entry. Please note even with these features, the home is not ADA compliant.

Parking passes are REQUIRED to use the Village at Nags Head private beach access. This home provides two parking permits.
