Summary:
Vacation simplified. Appreciate making memories with your adored ones at this first floor (technically second, as there is pull-under parking) completely refreshed, oceanfront condo with well-maintained, in-building elevator, two-bedrooms, and two baths.

Take in the beautiful oceanfront vistas, savor gorgeous sunrises, and watch dolphins playing in the surf all while having your morning coffee on your cavernous, 24' x 6' direct oceanfront balcony. The master bath was remodeled in 2019 to include a roomy, walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, one king size bed, one queen size bed, one twin size bed, two 41'+ flat-screen TVs, one 37' flat-screen tv, cable & WiFi, and gorgeous deck furnishings round out the features that will make this condo a chic, inviting and comfortable home away from home. Linens are also included (bath and linens) by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles in the common area, and a kids’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

There is one elevator on the property; however, this unit is not handicap accessible. All guests must be able to navigate flights of stairs in case of mechanical failure or in the event of an emergency. This unit is located on a second-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Sweet Southern Pearl is centrally located to many great local attractions including, the newly modernized Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, fine and casual dining and much more.

Nags Head rental property booking tips:

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Nags Head. Book your vacation home in Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Often, property management companies supply Nags Head area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Nags Head area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Make a plan and choose the rightrental:

  • To start, have your group agree to trip dates and a budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Sweet Southern Pearl: Contemporary PierView Oceanfront Condo with Stunning Views has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is generally accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email the property manager before booking the property. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine what is optimal for your group.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to book a property that allows animals. Ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Note that some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Is your group looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .

Considerations for your stay:

  • Be sure you get the owner's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of difficulties.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let crooks spoil your trip.
  • During arrival, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a terrific source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
