Savor your morning coffee on the multi-level decks while gazing at the luscious greenery and the golf course and end your day with your favorite drink watching the sunset over the sound. After a fun-filled day at the beach or playing golf relax in your own hot tub located on the mid-level deck. The top level is where you can host all of your entertainment. A roomy and comfortable great room with a TV and comfortable seating for watching movies or favorite sports shows. The chef in your group will adore the fresh and well-supplied kitchen and the open dining area gives everybody a spot to gather for those delicious meals and to plan for the next day's adventures. Step outside and appreciate the roomy sun deck and screened porch and relax in the sun or shade. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
