Outside, a sizable private pool is where you'll spend the day splashing around in the sun. Afterwards, take a dip in the bubbly hot tub to relax your muscles. When you're done playing and calming outside, enter into the ground level to find the first of two spectacular game rooms, this one being the more cavernous of the two with a TV viewing area, ping pong table, foosball, a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator for chilling drinks for the beach and the pool, and a microwave for lunch and snack prep. Two bedrooms that share a full bath between them can be found on this level, a king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. A half bath opens to the pool deck for simple access from the beach, pool and hot tub.

The second of the two game rooms is found on the mid-level and features a pool table and a super-slick 60-game video arcade game. A convenient wet bar offers a full-size refrigerator and microwave, and a full hall bath is located just outside the game room. Three more bedrooms are found on this level, including a king master bedroom with a private bathroom, and two bedrooms that share a bathroom between them, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. Parlor on the covered decks and soak in the salty breeze while gazing at the ocean vistas. A laundry room is also located on the mid-level, making it convenient for mid-week washes.

The top-level features a great spacious room with vaulted ceilings and impressive ocean vistas. Savor the expansive site of the Atlantic Ocean from the decks or view the seascape from the comfort of the great room. Gather together in the thoughtfully decorated living area with plenty of seating for everybody. Feel South Nags Head
When you book JMJ Seascape, you'll be within short driving distance of tasty eateries, great shopping centers and marvelous local attractions. Make a day out of exploring the area's history with a visit to Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jockey's Ridge, and the Wright Brothers National Memorial. Your kids will also appreciate stopping by the aquarium in Manteo where they can see sharks, sea turtles, jellyfish and touch stingrays! After your busy day, treat yourself to a nice, delicious dinner at Sugar Creek Seafood Restaurant where you'll savor an offering of fresh, locally-sourced seafood with a waterfront view. For the fisherman in your group, drive just half a mile up the road to try your luck at the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and for the sports enthusiasts, visit Nags Head Golf Links for a thrilling round of golf. On a rainy day, head up to the Outlets in Nags Head for great deals at your favorite stores. Unparalleled vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, direct access to the beach, and close proximity to dozens of Outer Banks attractions, landmarks, eateries, and amenities—what more could you ask for?

Please note: Winds can shift the dunes, causing sand to build up on the stairway and block direct beach access, making it unavailable for guest use. The rear pool gate is blocked by the dunes and is inaccessible, so guests will need to exit through the front of the home to reach the beach stairs (if open). If the beach stairs are unavailable, guests can use the East June Street Public Beach Access, just 0.1 miles or a 2-min. walk away.

Vacation rental home tips and tricks:

When to go & When to reserve a Nags Head rental home:

  • Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Look for your local Nags Head area magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines have discounts for nearby shops and restaurants.

Make a plan and pick yourvacation home:

  • Select a group lead, select your dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. 7076 JMJ Seascape * Oceanfront * Pool * Hot Tub has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before booking the property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to establish what configuration is right for your family.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before booking
  • If your family is traveling with pets, search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.

More considerations:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your . Put the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • During arrival, record any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to compel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
